Shipping Information

At SilverFalls Trading we strive  to offer you the best shipping options possible no matter where you are located. Every day, we ship to hundreds of customers across North America, ensuring that we provide the highest level of responsiveness to you at all times.
Order processing is done in two parts: 

1. The order processing starts with Payment verification. Once Payment has been verified we quickly begin processing your order for shipping.

2. Processing time: Once your order’s payment has been verified all orders are batched for dispatch. This process can take 1 to 4 days according to our production schedule. 

Our production schedule is as follows (for fresh roasted Coffee): 

We roast our coffee on Mon/Wed/Fri. 

The cut off time is 10:30am Pacific each day that we're roasting.  At that time, all orders received are batched, the coffee is roasted and shipped that afternoon.

So an order received Monday before 10:30 a.m. is roasted and shipped on Monday afternoon.  We ship USPS Priority, to anywhere in the country. This usually takes 3 days or less (generally speaking)  So, YOU, our customer receives your coffee roast to order well before the peak of flavor.  The longest lag in order processing is if someone orders at noon on Friday, the coffee wouldn't be roasted/shipped until Monday afternoon and received Tuesday to Thursday.

If you order other products besides our Fresh Roasted Coffee, shipping times may vary. Most orders will go out the same day. As always you will recieve a tracking number via email to you can track your order's shipment.
